3. Can you build a booth based on my existing design?

Yes, if you already have a design, we can strictly handle the fabrication and installation to your exact specifications.

4. How far in advance should we contact you?

For international shows, we recommend starting the design process 3 to 4 months in advance to ensure smooth logistics.

5. How can I track the progress if I am in another country?

We provide a dedicated project manager who sends regular photo and video updates during the fabrication and setup stages.

6. Do you provide staff to manage the booth?

Yes, AExhibitz helps to provide professional bilingual hostesses, promoters, and support staff to represent your brand on-site.

7. Can you help with Audio-Visual (AV) equipment?

Absolutely. We rent out high-quality LED walls, touch screens, and sound systems, and handle the technical setup for you.

8. Do I need to be present during the booth setup?

No, it is not required. Our supervisors manage the entire build, so you can simply arrive when the booth is ready.

9. Do you offer storage for our booth after the show?

Yes, we offer warehousing services in many regions if you plan to reuse your booth for future exhibitions.

10. Can you help us with electricity and venue forms?

Yes, our team assists with filling out the mandatory organizer forms for electricity, rigging, and internet connections.
